We are Andrew and Rebecca Shepard. Married August, 2003, we have one son, Justice Michael and one daughter Felicity Anne. Our beautiful home in Parsons was built by Andrew as a wedding gift to me. For the first three years of married life I worked full time with him for his company, 'Shepard Construction'. Now I am mostly a stay at home mom and book-keeper for the business. Andrew primarily builds new homes, something we both love. I usually help our customers design and select finishes, and Justice loves getting to help out on all aspects of construction! We feel very blessed to be able to work together as a family!

Felicity's First Birthday!!

Felicity is ONE! :) sniff.
Hard to believe my baby is so big already!
I had a bunch of fun craft and fun food ideas I'd seen, so Justice and I had fun making 'decorations' and foods I incorporated into the party!
The 'F' above was a fun project made from toilet paper roll flowers! :)
The digital picture frame had pictures of her first year.

This was a fun little tutu I made from tulle and ribbons. She actually kept it on for most of the party! :)

Because I was pretty busy during the party I didn't really get hardly any pictures. Here is a couple I snapped while we were getting ready. She loves climbing, and thought climbing the ladder Daddy used to hang streamers and balloons (which I have no pictures of :( ) was SO fun! :)

Oh ya!! I'm big!! :)

I don't have a better picture of the complete display. :( But you get the idea, right?
The 'Lollipops' were strawberries, watermelon stars, cantaloupe hearts and pineapple flowers. They were very yummy, but by the end of the party, the juicer fruits were making their sticks soggy!
Here is a before shot as we were preparing the table. Justice set it all up!! :)

Here is the flower cupcake Justice decorated completely by himself!
It is so fun and easy! You snip marshmallows into thin slices with scissors, then drop them in a bag with colored sugar sprinkles and shake it, so the sprinkles cover all the sticky parts you just cut. That makes colorful flower 'petals'. Fairly easy, and so pretty!!

The ones on top are M&M 'mums'. :)

Another before shot of the birthday girl...

Here were some mini fruit pizzas... Pre-made frozen sugar cookie dough, and pre-mixed vanilla bean cream cheese dip from WalMart made these so quick and easy!
And they were the big hit!

I couldn't stand giving her a sugar coma from one of the marshmallow cupcakes,(since I let her have so little usually) so I decorated her cupcake with a strawberry flower. Funny thing is she loves fruit so much, she wanted more strawberries and would NOT eat the cake!! I have to admit I was pretty happy about that. She got her own bowl of blueberries and strawberry bites and was a happy girl!! :)

Opening her dolly from Gigi.

I think it is cute that we both are making the same expression! :)
An adorable play house I got at a garage sale for $3.oo. Huge hit. YAY!

A dolly stroller I bought on a Walmart clearance shelf for $5.00 before I even had Justice.
I had almost given it away a couple times... but kept up hope I would have a little girl of my own.
She loved it! :)

One more 'treat' at the end of the party. Fruit is a dessert I feel great giving to my kids! :)
And a watermelon star is pretty special! :)

Later she had more fun in the tent with Daddy and Justice!

She loves her necklaces and girly pretties.

What a good little Mommy!! :)

Felicity, you have been sunshine and joy to our family! We praise God and thank him for your life!
We are blessed. We love you and pray that you will come to know and love Jesus with all your heart!
May you grow in wisdom and stature and favor and keep a joyful heart!
We love YOU! :)
